Arrival and Departure Times

Arrival: Self-check-in is available from 4:00 PM only. Details are available on the guest portal after completing the registration form.

Departure: Departures must be before 11:00 AM. No extensions are possible due to previous abuse.

Check-Out Procedure
Before your departure, please:

\* Remove the sheets and gather all dirty laundry.
\* Wash the dishes.
\* Take out the trash: Place the bags on the street after 6:00 PM.
\* Return the keys to the same place you received them.

Identity Documents and Security Deposit


We collect an identity document for each traveler before arrival.

A security deposit may be required. This will be refunded within 7 days after verification of the accommodation.

## Cancellation
