Separate, fully equipped kitchenette: You will find a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. A dining area with a high table is also available.

Shower room: A modern and functional bathroom with a shower and toilet.

This comfortable and fully equipped apartment is available by the day, week, month, or even year! Whether for a short getaway, an extended stay, or a longer-term arrangement, this place will offer you all the comfort you need.

Ideally located apartment, opposite the Jean Jaurès high school, in the heart of Reims, about a ten-minute walk from the cathedral and the Place du Forum.

Before your arrival

To ensure your stay gets off to the best possible start, please complete the check-in process prior to arrival—either online or directly at our agency, depending on your preference.

You will simply need to provide a valid form of identification before you arrive.

Finally, a security deposit is required upon arrival. This will be refunded within one week of your departure, provided no damage is found.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we offer several additional services upon request: luggage storage during the week (Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm), extra linens, additional cleaning service, or a bottle of champagne for your arrival 🍾

Arrival and departure times

Arrivals are made independently, access arrangements are sent the same day of arrival at the beginning of the afternoon. Arrivals are possible from 4:00 p.m. ONLY.
Concerning departures, they are at 11:00 a.m. MAXIMUM, there is no point in asking us to stay later, we no longer accept due to too much abuse.

Check-Out / Departure

We hope your stay was pleasant. We remind you that departures are at 11:00 a.m. maximum.
In order to prepare for your departure, we thank you for following the following rules:

Remove the sheets from the bed and gather all the dirty laundry
Do your dishes
Take out the trash (put bags out on the street after 6:00 p.m.)

The keys will be returned to the same place as when you arrived.

## Cancellation

- Cancelling 0–5 days before arrival: 20% penalty
