Animals are prohibited.
Events/parties or any other gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Please take care of the furniture and equipment in the accommodation. We also ask you to respect the quiet of the condominium throughout your stay.
Illegal activities such as trafficking and prostitution are obviously prohibited in the building. Any inappropriate behavior will be sanctioned.
All damages will be charged to you.

Arrival and Departure Times

Arrivals are self-service; access details are sent on the day of arrival in the early afternoon. Arrivals are possible from 4:00 PM ONLY.
Regarding departures, they are at 11:00 AM MAXIMUM. There is no possibility to request a later checkout; we no longer accept requests due to excessive abuse.

Keys are to be collected at a different address, not at the apartment. Please make the necessary arrangements.

Check-Out/Departure

We hope you enjoyed your stay. We remind you that departures are at 11:00 AM maximum.
To prepare for your departure, please follow these rules:

Remove the sheets from the bed and gather all dirty laundry.
Wash your dishes.
Take out the trash (take the trash directly to the street after 6:00 PM).

Keys are to be returned to the same location as where you collected them.

We collect the identity documents of each traveler before arrival.

A security deposit may also be requested.
