For any request, including emergencies, please contact us directly via the booking platform. This allows us to respond more quickly and call you if necessary.

No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
No Parties/Events: Any kind of party or event is strictly forbidden.
Respect the Property: Please take care of the furniture and equipment provided. Any damage will be charged.
Respect Neighbors: Please respect the quiet of the building during your stay.
Illegal Activities: Any illegal activity (drug trafficking, prostitution, etc.) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate sanctions.

Arrival and Departure Times
Arrivals: Self-check-in is available from 4:00 PM only. Details are available on the traveler portal after completing the registration form.
Departures: Departures must be before 11:00 AM at the latest. No extensions are possible due to previous abuse.
Departure Procedure (Check-Out)
Before your departure, please:
* Remove the sheets and gather all dirty laundry.
* Wash the dishes.
* Take out the trash: Place the bags on the street after 6:00 PM.
* Return the keys to the same place as upon arrival.
Identification and Security Deposit
We collect a piece of identification for each traveler before arrival.
A security deposit may be requested. This is refunded within 7 days after verification of the accommodation.
