Arrival and Departure Times

Before your departure, please:

* Remove the sheets and gather all the dirty laundry.
* Do the dishes.
* Take out the trash: Place the bags in the garbage room on the ground floor.
* Return the keys to the same place as upon your arrival.

Identity Documents and Security Deposit

We collect an identity document for each traveler before arrival.

A security deposit may be requested. This is refunded within 7 days after verification of the accommodation.

Cancellation

Cancelling 0–5 days before arrival incurs a 20% penalty.
