To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to read and respect the following points:
Accommodation Rules
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited, even at the window.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Events/Parties: Parties or other events are formally prohibited.
Respect for the Accommodation: Please take care of the furniture and equipment provided for your use.
Respect for Neighbors: Please respect the peace and quiet of the co-ownership during your stay.
Illegal Activities: Any illicit activity (trafficking, prostitution, etc.) is formally prohibited and will result in immediate sanctions.
Damages: Any damage caused during your stay will be charged.
Respect for the Environment: Please!
Do not set the heating in the accommodations to exaggerated temperatures!!

Communication
For any request, including emergencies, please contact us directly via the booking platform. This allows us to respond more quickly, and we will know how to contact you if necessary.
Arrival Procedure
Arrival: From 4:00 PM only, with self-check-in. Details will be available on the traveler portal after completing the registration form.
Information Collection and Security Deposit
For the sake of security and protection of the accommodations we manage, we have implemented a few simple steps to be completed before your arrival:
Proof of Identity: We require proof of identity for each adult traveler present during the reservation. This ensures secure management for everyone.
Security Deposit: On some platforms, a security deposit may be requested to cover potential damages. This amount is fully refunded within 7 days of your departure, after verification of the accommodation.
This information will need to be provided in a dedicated form that we will send you upon confirmation of your reservation. This form is perfectly secure, and the information collected is used solely for the purpose of the reservation. Once this form is completed, you will receive access to a convenient application to organize your stay.
This registration form has been put in place to ensure the security of the accommodations we manage, as well as to allow you a self-check-in at your chosen time. However, if this procedure poses a problem for you due to security, confidentiality, internet access, or any other reason, you have the option to send us the requested information by email, or to come directly to our agency during our opening hours:
Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 12 PM and from 2 PM to 7 PM, and
Saturday from 9 AM to 12 PM and from 2 PM to 6 PM, by appointment.
All this information will be gathered in a form to complete that we will send you upon confirmation of your reservation. Once this form is filled out, you will receive access to a dedicated application containing:
Essential information about your stay (Wi-Fi codes, rules to follow, etc.)
A guide to the city and its must-sees
Our additional services for a tailor-made stay
Departure Procedure (Check-Out)
Before leaving the accommodation, we ask you to:
Remove the sheets from the bed and group all dirty laundry.
Do the dishes.
Take out the trash: Place bags on the street after 6:00 PM.
The keys must be returned to the same place as upon your arrival.
Departure: Departures must be made by 11:00 AM at the latest. We no longer accept late departures due to repeated abuses.
