To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to read and respect the following points:
Accommodation rules
Non-smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited, even near the window.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Events/Parties: Parties or other events are strictly prohibited.
Respect for the property: Please take care of the furniture and equipment provided.
Respect for the neighborhood: Please respect the tranquility of the building during your stay.
Illegal activities: Any illegal activity (trafficking, prostitution, etc.) is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate sanctions.
Damage: Any damage caused during your stay will be charged.
Respect for the environment: Please!
Do not set the heating in the accommodation to excessive temperatures!!
28-29° is not possible!!

Communication
For any request, including in case of emergency, please contact us directly via the booking platform. This allows us to respond more quickly, and we will know how to contact you if necessary.
Arrival procedure
Arrival: From 4:00 PM only, with self-check-in. Details will be available on the guest portal after completing the registration form.
Information collection and security deposit
For the safety and protection of the properties we manage, we have implemented a few simple steps to complete before your arrival:
Proof of identity: We require proof of identity for every adult traveler present during the booking. This ensures secure management for everyone.
Security deposit: On certain platforms, a security deposit may be requested to cover potential damages. This amount is fully refunded within 7 days after your departure, following inspection of the accommodation.
This information must be provided in a dedicated form that we will send you upon confirmation of your booking. This form is perfectly secure, and the information collected is used solely for booking purposes. Once this form is completed, you will receive access to a practical application to organize your stay.
This registration form has been set up to ensure the security of the properties we manage, as well as to allow you to arrive independently at the time of your choice. However, if this procedure poses a problem for you for reasons of security, confidentiality, internet access, or any other reason, you have the possibility to send us the requested information by email, or by visiting our agency directly during our opening hours:
Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 7 PM, and
Saturday from 9 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 6 PM, by appointment.
All this information will be gathered in a form to be completed that we will send you upon confirmation of your booking. Once this form is filled out, you will receive access to a dedicated application containing:
Essential information about your stay (Wi-Fi codes, rules to follow, etc.)
A guide to the city and its must-see attractions
Our additional services for a tailor-made stay
Departure procedure (Check-Out)
Before leaving the accommodation, we ask you to:
Remove the bed sheets and gather all dirty linen.
Do the dishes.
Take out the trash: Place the bags on the public street after 6:00 PM.
Keys must be returned to the same place as upon your arrival.
Departure: Departures must be made before 11:00 AM at the latest. We no longer accept late departures due to repeated abuse.
