Arrival and Departure Times

Arrivals: These are self-service, from 4:00 PM only. Instructions are available on the traveler portal after completing the registration form.

Before your departure, please:

* Remove the sheets and collect all dirty laundry.
* Do the dishes.
* Take out the trash: Place the bags in the trash room on the ground floor.
* Return the keys to the same place as upon arrival.

Identity Documents and Security Deposit

We collect an identity document for each traveler before arrival.

A security deposit may be requested. This is refunded within 7 days after verification of the accommodation.
